Where Wyoming Stays

We are Wyoming Stays.

Wyoming doesn't have a capital of vacation rentals. It has a state's worth of them. This is a guide to finding your stretch of it, written by people who live here.

Why we stay

Wyo Stays started in Sheridan, at the foot of the Bighorns, managing a handful of homes for owners who wanted them run like a business instead of a hobby. Founded by Dalton Goodyear, it's grown into a licensed Wyoming brokerage, but it's still a Sheridan company first.

This site exists because guests kept asking us the same question about the rest of the state that they ask about the Bighorns: where should I actually stay? So we wrote it down, region by region, honestly, including the regions where we don't have a single property.

40+ Managed by Wyo Stays vacation homes across the Bighorns, each inspected against a published 40-plus-point standard.

The stays that last

Every home Wyo Stays manages in the Bighorns is inspected against a published, 40-plus-point standard before a guest ever walks in.
